Purchase of a Pass to attend San Japan indicates you are fully acknowledging these Terms of Services in their entirety and have read over them in full. All communications regarding your purchase will be forwarded to the credit card and payment processors.

Full refund requests will end on July 15th, 2023 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Attendees who decline Purchase Protection but attempt to request a refund starting on July 16th, 2023 will be DECLINED. There are NO refunds issued for ALL passes that have declined Purchase Protection after July 15th, 2023 for any reason whatsoever.

Buyers of Purchase Protection who request a refund will only be issued a refund on the TICKET’S refund only. There are no refunds on merchandise purchases for anyone after July 15th. We do not mail out merchandise that is not picked up at San Japan.

We do not mail out any passes. ALL passes must be picked up during the listed registration times at the listed location. A valid 2023 convention pass will be issued to you upon redeeming this QR Code. You will be issued a convention pass that must be worn and visible at all times to access all San Japan event spaces. There will be lanyards available at the convention for your use.

We will not accept QR Codes to enter any San Japan-leased event space even if you miss the registration times to pick up your pass. Only your issued event pass will be valid for entry to any event space.

1-DAY Passes can only be picked up on the DAY-OF listed on the ticket. Any and all attempts to pick up 1-Day passes before the date listed on the pass or 2-Day passes before SATURDAY 9/2 will be turned away.

All Friday 09/01/2023 events require a 3-Day, Premiere, Gold, or Child Pass in order to attend. We will not accept Saturday 09/02/2023 passes to attend them.

Saturday and 2-Day passes are only valid starting on 09/02/2023 with a starting time of 10:00 AM. Saturday 09/02/2023 and 2023 2-Day Saturday / Sunday passes can not be redeemed for pickup until 09/02/2023 at 10:00 AM at our registration section.

Sunday 09/03/2023 passes will not grant access to events taking place in the Grand Hyatt on Saturday night. Sunday passes are only valid starting on 09/03/2023 with a starting time of 10:00 AM. Sunday 09/03/2023 passes can not be redeemed for pickup until 09/03/2023 at 10:00 AM at our registration section.

Child Passes are valid to all All-Ages event spaces starting on 09/01/2023 at 10:00 AM until 09/03/2023 at 7:00 PM.

All attendees issued a valid San Japan 2023 convention pass are fully responsible for the physical pass issued at all times upon redeeming the QR Code. Any passes that are lost, stolen, or damaged will not be replaced for any reason. Attendees wanting a replacement badge to access San Japan-leased event space may purchase a new badge at the AT-DOOR current badge price. Sharpies will be provided onsite to write a name on the pass to leave a unique indicator if the pass has been returned to Lost & Found. Lost & Found is located at Info Desk in Hall 3.

All Maid Cafe and Masquerade Ticket purchases are Non-Refundable after July 15th. The maid cafe sessions can not be transferred to another session in person. Any missed session times can not be redeemed, refunded or transferred to another session time. Maid Cafe session times can not be transferred to another session if the transferred session is sold out.

Ambassador Codes are valid for 3-Day Passes ONLY. They are valid until September 2nd, 2023 at 7:00 PM. The payout for Ambassador Code redemption will be sent out on September 5th starting at 12:00 PM.

San Japan reserves the right to update all ticket policies if the recommendation from County, State, or National governing bodies or health organizations deems that the risk of exposure to current or new strains of the Coronavirus has risen. Any adjustment made to our final policy will come at least 30 days prior to the closing of our refund policy and will be posted on our social media channels, and website, and sent to current ticket holders at the time of our announcement.

By purchasing this ticket, you have agreed to obey our Code of Conduct and understand that any pictures and/or videos to be taken at San Japan may be reproduced by San Japan for promotional purposes. All created media about San Japan is owned by the respective person/company. Upon redeeming this ticket to be issued in person the exchanged physical attendee badge is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Badges are only valid if purchased from or at San Japan Authorized Registration. All attendee conduct policies and rules are subject to change without notice.
